Where do you ship?

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

When will my order ship?

• Once your order is ready to ship, we offer 2-3 day shipping via UPS or FedEx. Your package should arrive 2-3 business days after shipment.

• We ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and occasionally on Thursdays.

How much does shipping cost?

You only pay for shipping if your meat costs less than $175 and your sauces/bars cost less than $45.

Shipping costs vary depending on the specific delivery address. Postal codes with 1-2 day shipping cost $19.99, postal codes with 2-3 day shipping cost $24.99, and postal codes with 3-4 day shipping cost $29.99.

How much do I need to spend to qualify for free shipping?

Shipping is free on meat orders over $175. Free shipping on sauce and beef stick orders over $45.

Can I change or edit my order after I've placed it?

Please confirm that all items in your shopping cart are correct, your billing and shipping addresses are valid, and your phone number is accurate. If we contact you before shipping, we may make changes. If we discover any errors, we won't ship your order until we contact you. Therefore, please provide your phone number.

If your subscription order has been processed before you pause, edit, or skip an upcoming order, and you contact us before shipping, we can usually stop the order. A $15 restocking fee will be charged to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

If your subscription order has been processed, packaged, and electronically submitted to UPS/FedEx, we cannot issue a refund. Your order will ship as scheduled.
